What these terms cover

These draft terms describe use of the public ERPFY website: browsing product information, exploring sample experiences and contacting the team. ERPFY is the brand used on this site. The operating legal entity and business details need confirmation before final contractual publication.

They are not a subscription, payment-processing, hardware, pilot or restaurant-service agreement. Using a preview or sending an enquiry does not buy a service, reserve a place in a pilot or create a paid subscription. Any purchase or live-service use needs the separately agreed terms that apply to it.

Use the website responsibly

You may browse the public information and use the enquiry forms for their intended purpose. Please provide accurate details you are authorised to share.

• Do not submit unlawful, abusive or misleading material, spam or malicious code.
• Do not try to access another person’s information, bypass access controls or interfere with the site’s operation.
• Do not use the site to impersonate someone or misrepresent your relationship with a venue.
• Do not submit credentials, full card details or confidential guest and staff records.

For a security concern, use the contact route described on Security and control. Do not test systems or access information without permission.

Product information and availability

The website explains ERPFY’s restaurant products and agent direction. Roadmap items, proposed controls, illustrations and sample workflows are not confirmation that a feature is available for your venue.

Confirm the current release, supported connections, setup requirements, commercial terms and availability with ERPFY before making a purchase or operational decision. Published information may be updated as the product changes; a website update does not amend a separate service agreement.

Sample agents are demonstrations

Interactive examples use fixed sample records. Their answers, approvals, STOP controls and preferences demonstrate an interface; they do not change restaurant records, place orders, send messages or connect a live WhatsApp account.

For live AI use, verify important answers and review any proposed action within your actual permissions. AI output can be incomplete or incorrect and is not a substitute for qualified food-safety, employment, accounting, legal or other professional judgement. These examples do not establish guarantees about a future service.

Enquiries and your information

Submitting an enquiry allows the team to respond about that request. It is not acceptance of a paid contract or opt-in to automated agent briefings. Email delivery and a response are not guaranteed by the preview interface.

The Privacy policy explains website enquiry handling, the identified providers and details still to confirm. Do not send information through a form unless you have the authority to provide it.

Website content and third parties

ERPFY branding, website copy, artwork and software remain subject to the rights of their respective owners. Browsing the site does not transfer ownership or grant a licence to resell the product or use another party’s branding. Any use permitted by law remains unaffected.

External websites, app stores, downloads and connected services may have separate terms and privacy notices. Review those before using them. A link does not make ERPFY the operator of the linked service or confirm its current availability.

Your rights are preserved

Nothing in these draft website terms is intended to exclude, restrict or modify consumer guarantees or other rights and remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law where it applies.

This draft does not impose a blanket liability exclusion, an indemnity, a dispute forum or a service-specific refund rule. Those matters require an appropriate reviewed agreement. The ACCC’s consumer rights guidance explains the consumer guarantees.

Changes and questions

This draft was reviewed on 12 October 2026. The date will be updated when the document changes. New website wording is not intended to retrospectively change your rights or vary a separate agreement.

Contact ERPFY before relying on this draft as the terms for a live restaurant service. Legal review is still needed for the final entity details, scope and any additional service terms.
