Book a demo

ASK FROMYOUR PHONE.

A planned way to ask about service, stock and the close. The restaurant stays in ERPFY.

Restaurant team connecting a phone question with kitchen and floor work

PLANNED ACCESSNo demo number or live connection is offered here. Platform eligibility and venue controls need confirmation.

YOUR NUMBER.THE RIGHT VENUE.

The proposed setup starts in the app, with an authorised operator—not by sending private details into a chat.

Confirm your role

Identify the venue and the records your role is allowed to use.

Link your number

Complete an approved linking flow in ERPFY. Do not send passwords or verification codes to an agent.

Choose your briefings

Opt in to the useful updates, agree on the timing and keep a way to opt out.

A MESSAGE FOR THE MOMENT.AN APP FOR THE DETAIL.

A short question. A focused answer.

The planned chat channel is for briefings, record checks and clearly scoped drafts. Detailed setup, sensitive information and permission changes belong in ERPFY, not a message thread.

Pick a briefing rhythm.

Preview: ask when you need an answer, without scheduled briefings.

Preference preview only. Nothing is connected, saved or sent.

LESS SCREEN HUNTING.MORE SERVICE TIME.

The proposed WhatsApp experience is an access channel for restaurant work—not another place to manage the restaurant.

A short message. A specific job.

“How’s dinner looking?” and “What’s left on the shelf?” need different records. Planned phone access keeps the question simple while the restaurant information stays in ERPFY.

Service, stock and the close—from your phone.

Explore the drawings with your pointer or touch. Keyboard: Tab into a drawing, then use Enter or the arrow keys; Escape returns it to rest. Illustrations only—no venue actions.

KEEP THE QUESTION USEFUL.KEEP PRIVATE DATA OUT.

Ask about restaurant records without pasting payment credentials or unnecessary personal information into a message.

No full card details

Use the payment workflow for payment information. A stock question never needs a card number.

Keep guest data minimal

Ask for the service information needed for the job, not an entire guest list or private conversation.

Review the channel

Confirm who processes messages, where information goes and how long it is kept before enabling live access.

USEFUL BRIEFINGS.CLEAR LIMITS.

There is no published ERPFY message allowance yet. Availability and any fair-use limits will need to be agreed before a venue connects.

WhatsApp requires recipient opt-in and respect for opt-outs. Its rules also govern business-initiated messages and approved templates outside the customer-service window. A planned briefing must fit those rules.
